But I would recommend to communicate with your customers and respond to their inquiries if an item is on back order because I was literally a day away from calling my CC company and canceling my payment. Your website says shipping in 2 days, mine was over a month. Other than that love your product!
I’m in love with this infuser. The holes are so dang tiny it’s impossible for the loose leaf to come through and I love that it stands up on its own. Big fan of the floral design too!

We currently offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD and free shipping on U.S. orders over $150 USD.
Due to current tariffs and import costs, we’re unable to extend free shipping on smaller U.S. orders at this time — but we’re working toward offering it again soon.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
- Measure 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 fl oz or 250ml of water. (our Poppy Strainer makes it easy!)
- Heat water to 85°C or 185°F.
- Steep for 5 minutes.

Kynd Tea is made with whole botanicals, premium tea leaves, herbs, flowers, and fruit pieces—never the dusty filler found in many tea bags. Every blend is thoughtfully crafted to support a specific wellness goal while delivering a delicious, café-quality tea experience.

Many conventional tea bags are filled with lower-grade tea dust and broken leaves, which can result in a less flavorful cup. Some tea bags may also contain plastic-based materials. We choose loose-leaf tea because it allows you to enjoy whole botanicals, fuller flavor, and a more premium tea experience—exactly as nature intended.
