Refund & Return Policy

Be Kynd — Even When Things Don’t Go as Planned
At Kynd Tea, our goal is to make sure every order brings joy to your wellness ritual. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns
Because our teas are consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your tea arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll find a solution right away.

Please include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds & Replacements
Once your issue is reviewed, we may offer a replacement of the same item or a refund issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. 

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.
