All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

• Free shipping on orders $75 CAD and up

Express Shipping
• 2–3 business days
• $19.95 CAD flat rate

🇺🇸 US Cross-Border – United States

Standard Insured Shipping
• 4–8 business days
• $9.99 USD flat rate
• Free shipping on orders $150 USD and up

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by weight at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to select international regions including Europe, the UAE, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, and more.

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and others)
Express International: 4–7 business days
• Orders 0.1 kg and up — $29.95 CAD
• Orders 0.2 kg and up — $39.99 CAD
• Heavy orders — $120.00 CAD

Other International Regions (UAE, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, etc.)
• Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier service
• Transit times vary by location (average 6–10 business days)

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened tea.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unhappy with your experience, please email info@kyndtea.com — we’ll make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. 

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.
